3D Printed Dentures Introduce:
The 3D printing denture program is: technicians draw a virtual model in the computer through a scanner, then design the denture, and after completion, transfer the data to the 3D printer. The nozzle in the 3D printer sprays the liquid resin material onto the printing plate according to the produced denture model, which is cured and formed by light. After that, the printing plate keeps sliding on the model to "sculpt". The printed resin model needs to be embedded casting. The female mold and the male mold are made by the instrument, and then the resin mold is burned with fire to form a cavity, and then a metal solution is filled in the cavity, and a metal denture is formed after cooling. Next, after porcelain is applied to the metal denture, it is stained according to the color of the patient's other teeth, and the final step is to install it. The biggest advantage of 3D-printed dentures is that they have high precision. They don't need to be polished again and again afterward, which can reduce the pain of those who install dentures. It only takes about 4 hours to print a fixed denture.
